Starlink shipped you a warranty replacement dish — we remove the old hardware, install the new dish on the existing mount, and re-pair the network.
Starlink router replaced, firmware reset wiped your settings, or a pro-grade gateway needs re-pairing. We rebuild the network and verify with a speed test.

No. We repair Starlink installs done by anyone — DIY, Best Buy, another contractor, or DNS. The diagnostic visit is the same either way. If we did the original install, repairs on our workmanship are covered by the 1-year workmanship warranty at no charge.
